Rotary screw compressors with fluid cooling

Fluid-injection screw compressors that can cover your need for compressed air in almost any situation. We have compressors with different power levels, from 18.5kW to 315kW. The compressors are equipped with 1:1 direct drive, designed for efficiency and reliability.

Rotary screw compressors with belt drive safely deliver compressed air at a high yield. Equipped with the SIGMA energy-saving profile, belt drive compressors are efficient and reliable over their entire service life. 4 models are available that are designed for different usage scenarios, with different power levels:

• Pressure: 8, 11 or 15 bar;
• Flow rate: 0.26 - 4.65 m³/min.

The HSD series of compressors is equipped with two compressors in one installation housing. Both units are equipped with their own 1:1 direct drive, their own SIGMA CONTROL controller and their own cooling system. Depending on the amount of compressed air required, compressors with several power variants are available:

• Pressure: 8.5, 12 or 15 bar;
• Volumetric flow: 10.1 - 89 m³ / min.

Kaeser's AIRCENTER stations are designed as complete premium quality solutions for compressed air delivery. Rotary screw compressors with a SIGMA profile, in combination with an attached refrigeration dryer and a compressed air container ensure the availability of compressed air for your installation.

The SXC series of compressed air stations (*) is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. All components are integrated in a housing covering an area of only 0.62 m². The compressors are equipped with a SIGMA-profile, a refrigeration refrigeration dryer and un recipient de aer comprimat.
